What is Service Design Global Conference and what do I get when subscribing to the newsletter?

The Service Design Global Conference is the annual get-together of thinkers, doers and leaders. It promises two days of interactive learning, keynote presentations and networking. The goal of our conference is to bring the best in our industry together to share service design knowledge and new cross-disciplinary methods and thinking. The SDN’s Service Design Global Conference newsletter will keep you updated on the latest event developments as they happen. 

How is SDN handling my personal information?

We will hold the details you provide us with in order to send you the newsletter and closely related information. We will not share your information with any third party, with the exception of our newsletter provider, MailChimp. Through MailChimp, we gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.
